Age Requirements
You must be 21 or older to join WAX. Creating a profile that suggests you are under 21 is not allowed. We may request ID to verify your age when needed.
Respect and Consent
Treat every member with kindness, respect and consideration. Consent is essential — always ensure interactions are enthusiastic and explicit. Read more about Consent.
Profiles
Your profile should reflect the real you.
Use your own photos and ensure you appear in every image. If you share images of others, you must have their consent. See Photo Guidelines.
Keep in mind that nudity or explicit content may be viewed by anyone at any point. If browsing a profile or Explore feed in public, would you mind that picture being seen? If so, keep explicit images for private and discreet conversations.

Inclusivity
WAX celebrates diversity. Discrimination, prejudice or offensive behaviour is not tolerated. Members are expected to treat each other with openness, kindness and respect.
Bullying Behaviour
Bullying — online or in person — is strictly prohibited. If you witness bullying, please report it or contact support.
Verification and Identification
To keep WAX safe, we may occasionally ask you to re‑verify your profile or provide additional identification. Your cooperation helps protect the community. Learn about Verification.
Behaviour at Events
Events should feel safe, fun and respectful. Inappropriate behaviour or misconduct at WAX or partner events is not tolerated. See Event Conduct.
Criminal Behaviour
WAX has a zero‑tolerance policy for criminal activity. Any involvement may result in immediate suspension and legal action.
Offensive or Abusive Behaviour
Abusive, hateful or offensive behaviour towards members or staff is not allowed. Keep conversations constructive and respectful.
Screenshotting Content
Screenshotting is disabled in all official and private chats to protect member privacy. Taking pictures with other devices is still a breach of the guidelines and will result in removal from the platform.
Stalking and Harassment
Respect personal boundaries. Stalking or harassment — online or offline — is prohibited. Do not search for members on other platforms unless they invite you to.
False Accounts and Catfishing
Pretending to be someone else is not allowed. All accounts must be genuine, with accurate photos and information.
No Soliciting
WAX is a community, not a marketplace.
We do not allow:
Attempts to gain money, followers or promote businesses from your personal account
Misleading links or spam
Sharing contact details or private messaging info in profiles or chats
Unsolicited promotion of social media or other platforms
Images containing links or QR codes
Excessive accounts that disrupt the community
Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse
WAX has a strict zero‑tolerance policy. Any content involving sexualisation of individuals under 21 — real or fictional — is prohibited. Report any concerning content immediately.
Safety Reporting
Safety is our priority. We use human moderators and automated systems to protect the community.
Members should:
Report or block harmful behaviour
Avoid reporting based on personal preference or protected attributes — we are not here to solve personal issues
Understand that action is taken only when evidence supports a violation

Chargebacks without prior communication may result in suspension or termination of services. If you have concerns, please contact support — we’re here to help.
