At WAX, we value your comfort and safety while using our app. We want you to feel secure and in control on our platform, and blocking someone is an important tool for maintaining that sense of safety. If you ever need to block a member for any reason, here is a step-by-step guide to help you do so:
Log into WAX using your email and password.
Go to the Browse Members page by clicking the bottom left photo icon.
Search for the WAX username you want to block by using the magnifying glass icon in the top centre.
Once you are on their profile, click the three dots in the top right corner.
Select "Block" to block that member from viewing your profile or sending you messages.
