At WAX, the safety and well-being of our members is a top priority. If you have concerns about another member and need to report them, please follow these steps:
Log into WAX using your email and password.
Click the Members icon, bottom second left of page to take you to the Browse page.
From the browse page, access the member's profile you want to report by searching for their username with the magnifying glass icon top right, next to the notification bell.
On their profile, click the 3 dots icon, top left, and see menu.
Choose a reason for reporting or provide any relevant detailed information under 'Other'.
Click Submit. Our WAX community team will follow up with you if additional information is needed.
It is important to us that all members feel safe and respected while using the WAX app. Please note that all reports are confidential, and the member will not be informed of any reports. Thank you for helping us maintain a positive community for everyone.
