Log into your promoter panel Sign in using your promoter credentials.
Select “Events” from the left‑hand menu This will display all events linked to your promoter account.
Scroll to the event you want to view Choose the event whose guestlist you need to check.
Open the Guestlist tab In the event tabs at the top, click Guestlist — it’s the second tab from the left. This shows your live guestlist, including all current attendees.
Understand the difference between Guestlist and Order List
Guestlist shows active attendees.
Order List shows all orders, including those removed from the guestlist. This is useful for financial tracking and reconciliation.
