A split account, essentially a dual log-in account, maintains the structure of a couples account while providing individual logins for each person within the couple. To initiate the account split, follow these simple steps:
Access the Platform:
Go to https://app.wearexapp.com/ (not the WAX app).
Log in using your existing couples account credentials.
Navigate to Your Profile:
Once logged in, locate your profile avatar at the top left of the page.
Click on your avatar to access the profile page.
Initiate Account Split:
Scroll down to find the option labeled "SPLIT COUPLES ACCOUNT."
Follow the Guided Process:
Clicking on "SPLIT COUPLES ACCOUNT" will guide you through the process.
You will be prompted to add an email and password for the second person in your account.
Login Information for the Second Person:
After completing the process, the second person in the couple will use the provided email and password to log in.
This straightforward guide ensures a smooth transition to a split couples account, allowing each person to have their own individual login credentials within the shared couples account.
