You may be removed from WAX if your behaviour violates our Community Guidelines, either on the app or at WAX‑branded or partner events. Removal is always a serious decision, taken to protect the safety, authenticity and wellbeing of the community.
Reasons an account may be removed
Bullying behaviour Hurtful, disrespectful or intimidating behaviour towards others, online or in person.
Verification or ID refusal Not providing required verification or identification when requested.
Inappropriate conduct Misconduct on the platform or at WAX, co‑branded or third‑party events.
Non‑consensual behaviour Any activity without clear, enthusiastic consent.
Misuse of vouching Requesting vouches without meeting criteria or misusing the vouching system.
Criminal behaviour Any criminal activity directed at members.
Offensive or hateful behaviour Sexism, fetishism, body shaming, racism or any abusive language or conduct.
Screenshotting content Taking screenshots of private or official chats.
Stalking or harassment Repeated unwanted contact or following members online or offline.
False accounts or catfishing Fake profiles, impersonation or heavily manipulated images.
Self‑promotion Using WAX to gain followers, promote businesses or drive traffic elsewhere.
Commercial or transactional sexual content is not allowed
WAX does not permit any commercial exchange of sexual or romantic acts, including:
Selling or buying sexual acts or services
Selling or buying adult content (including promoting sites like OnlyFans or Patreon)
Seeking or offering sexual or romantic arrangements for money, gifts or financial support
Sugar‑daddy/sugar‑baby arrangements
Monetary gain and spam
You may be removed for:
Monetary gain
Misleading links or deceptive content
Automation or artificially boosting engagement
Sharing contact details or private messaging info
Unsolicited promotion of social media
Images containing links or QR codes
Creating excessive accounts
Other removal reasons
Spamming others
Suspicious activity online or at events
Multiple reports from different members
Creating new accounts after a ban
Cyberflashing, which is illegal in some jurisdictions
Chargebacks without contacting support first
