How do I restore my Apple subscription if I made the wrong account?

Don't sweat it if you accidentally picked the wrong account type and have an Apple subscription on WAX. It's an easy fix, and we're here to help! To keep everyone safe on our platform, we don't change account types. But don't worry, all you have to do is create a new account of the correct type and verify it. Once you've done that, applying your Apple subscription to your new account is a breeze. To make it even easier for you, we've put together a quick guide below. So, let's get started!

  • Open your iPhone Settings

  • Scroll down and tap on your apple account, (this will have your apple profile pic, apple Id, icloud+, media & Purchases).

  • Scroll down to "Subscriptions" and tap on it.

  • Look for the subscription that you want to restore and tap on it.

  • If your subscription is still valid, you'll see an "Upgrade" option. Scroll down to the bottom of the "Upgrade modal" and you'll see a "Restore purchases" option. Tap on it.

  • Wait for a few seconds until your subscription is restored.

That's it! Your subscription should now be accessible from your original account. If you encounter any issues or the subscription does not restore, you can contact Apple support for further assistance.
