How do I change my payment details on WAX?
Your ability to update payment details depends on how you originally purchased your KK Membership or event plan. WAX supports multiple payment providers, and each one handles payment updates differently.
Apple or Google Subscriptions
If you subscribed through Apple Pay or Google Play, you can update your payment method directly in your device settings.
Your subscription will continue using the new payment method automatically.
Apple users can update their payment details in Settings → Apple ID → Payment & Shipping.
Google users can update their payment method in Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions.
xPay Payment Plans
If you purchased an xPay event payment plan, you can update your card details.
Go to your Manage Your Booking page for that event and update your payment method there.
Your future instalments will be charged to the new card.
Shift4 KK Memberships
If your KK Membership was purchased through Shift4, you can update your default payment method.
On web:
Go to Account Settings
Select Payments
Choose one of your previously used cards as your default payment method, or
Add a new card and set it as default
Your future membership renewals will use the updated payment method.
