Unfortunately, for the safety of all members, you can only chat with someone directly on WAX if you are connected with them. But don't worry, connecting with someone new is super easy!
Start by visiting their profile ,then click on the wave icon to send an intro and connection request.
Please be thoughtful with your intro, you have up to 200 characters to make an impression.
The icon will appear darker showing the connection has been sent.
Once they've accepted your request, you'll receive a friendly notification and then you're all set! Just click on the chat bubble to start chatting with your new connection.
