Why have I failed Verification?

To ensure the authenticity of our community, the verification process on WeAreX is strict. Here are a few reasons why your verification may have failed:

  • Your photo is unclear or not a clear representation of your face. We need to be able to see your full face without any blurring or obstructions (such as sunglasses or emojis).

  • If you are a couple, both individuals must be in the same photo together, copying the given gesture.

  • If you live apart, both individuals must take separate photos copying the gesture and then edit them side by side.

  • For individual accounts, the gesture must be included in your selfie. A selfie without the gesture will not be accepted.

Please make sure to keep these requirements in mind for a successful verification. If you have followed all the above guidelines and are still having problems please contact WeAreX support.
