To ensure the authenticity of our community, the verification process on WAX is strict. Here are a few reasons why your verification may have failed:
Your photo is unclear or not a clear representation of your face. We need to be able to see your full face without any blurring or obstructions (such as sunglasses or emojis).
For individual accounts, the gesture must be included in your selfie. A selfie without the gesture will not be accepted.
