We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your account. Downgrading to a free account is a simple process, here's how:
Log into WAX using your email and password.
Head to your account by clicking your WAX Profile icon in the top left corner.
Scroll down and click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS.
This will bring up your ACCOUNT SETTING Menu, click on Subscription.
This will show your current subscription details, click on Cancel.
Please note that your X PLUS membership subscription will end on the date of expiry meaning you will loose all the benefits of X PLUS. The payments will no longer automatically renew. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
