How can I get a refund for an event listed on WAX?
Refunds for events are managed solely by the event promoter. WAX is not responsible for issuing refunds unless explicitly instructed to do so by the promoter. To request a refund, please contact the event promoter directly using the contact details provided with your booking.
I have a problem and cannot attend my event listed on WAX. What should I do?
If you are unable to attend an event, you will need to contact the event promoter. Refunds or ticket exchanges are at their sole discretion, and WAX does not facilitate these requests.
What happens if the event I purchased tickets for is cancelled?
In the event of a cancellation, the promoter is responsible for notifying ticket holders and arranging refunds or rescheduling. WAX is not involved in these decisions but will assist the promoter in communicating with attendees when necessary. For updates, please contact the event promoter directly.
I attended an event listed on WAX and had a problem. How can I address this?
If you experienced an issue at an event, please direct your feedback or complaints to the event promoter, as they are solely responsible for the event’s operation. WAX provides the platform for ticketing but does not manage or oversee event execution.
I purchased the wrong number of tickets or made a mistake in my booking. What should I do?
Errors in bookings, such as purchasing the wrong number of tickets, must be addressed with the event promoter. WAX is not responsible for correcting booking errors or issuing refunds for such mistakes.
This person/business should not be promoting on WAX. What can I do?
