How do I change my payment details?

You can change your company's details, like name, website, and email in the Settings section of your admin panel.

How often will I receive my payments?

Payouts of your revenue will be done biweekly. A 5% retention will be held for chargebacks. The remaining 5% will be added to your next payout after the retention period.

How do I request a payout?

You do not need to request payouts; the payments will be made automatically into provided account.

Where can I request a receipt for the payout?

Payment receipts can be found in the "Payout History" tab of the Payments section. You can download the receipts from there.

How do referrals work?

When you create your event, the event listing link becomes your referral link from WAX. You can share this link through social media, email, and other channels to attract attendees.

For every person who clicks on your link to attend the event and then creates a verified WAX profile, you earn £5. If they later upgrade their account to XPLUS, you earn an additional £5.

Your referral earnings will be added to the next payout.

Do I need to set up ticket activation?

No, there is no need to have this set up. You can turn this off in the event edit section.

What is ticket activation and why do I need it?

Ticket activation enhances the attendee experience by providing essential event details upfront.

This additional security step in the ticketing process ensures that attendees can review and agree to all event rules beforehand, including specific dress codes or other important policies.

Additionally, ticket activation facilitates communication with attendees, fostering engagement and enriching their event experience well before the event begins. This proactive approach helps attendees feel informed and prepared, contributing to a smoother and more enjoyable event overall.

How do I set up promo codes?

To create a promo code, go to the 'Promo Codes' section at the top of the page and click 'Create Promo Code.' Enter the title, description, and discount code (all codes will be in ALL CAPS). Choose whether the discount is a percentage or a fixed amount, set the quantity of codes available, and specify their validity period. You can also assign a promo code to a specific user on the WAX Platform. You can set up an unlimited amount of codes.

How do I set up add-ons?

Go to the Add-Ons section at the top of the page, where you can add extras like drink packages, parking, etc., to your event listing. Provide the title and description of the add-on, set up the price, and specify the number of add-ons available. You can include the add-on in the ticket purchase automatically or make it optional. Limit the number of add-ons that can be purchased per user if necessary.
