What is "List Your Events"?
At WAX, we’re committed to fostering community connections. The “List Your Events” feature allows users to advertise and ticket events directly within the app.
You have two options for listing your events:
Public: Your event will be visible to the entire WAX community.
Private: You can send a link to anyone you wish to invite to your event.
How to List Your Event
Follow these steps to create your event as a WAX user:
Log in to WAX:
Open the WAX app and log in using your email and password.
Click on the Events icon (located at the bottom right of your screen).
Or go into your profile by clicking on your profile avatar (top left of screen) scroll down, and click on List Your events.
Access the Event Centre:
Click Start Listing Your Events.
Click Continue as a WAX user.
Enter your WAX account login details (email and password) and click Continue
Provide Event Details:
Fill out the event form by answering the following questions:
Event Categories: Select up to 5 categories:
NSFW (Not Safe for Work/Adult Event)
Club Night
Social
Education
Travel
Event Type: Choose whether your event is in-person, online, or both.
Event Size: Specify the average size of your event:
Less than 100 attendees
100–500 attendees
500–1000 attendees
More than 1000 attendees
Event Frequency: Indicate how many events you’re hosting:
Less than 5
6–10
More than 10
Submit Your Application:
Click Get Started to complete your submission.
Your application will be reviewed by the WAX team, who will respond within 2–3 days regarding approval. Your approval or rejection will be sent via email and to your WAX inbox.
Once your event has been approved, you can then start your ticketing process.
