How can I transfer my ticket to someone who is not on WAX?
Depending on the event criteria, transferring your ticket to someone who is not on WAX is easy. Just follow these steps:
Log into your WAX account using your email and password, or login on desktop using the following link https://app.wearexapp.com/login
Click on your profile avatar (top right corner of screen on app, top left corner on desktop) to go into your account.
Scroll down and click on e-tickets.
Find the ticket you wish to transfer and click on it.
Click on Transfer ticket and select outside of WAX. Click Transfer Ticket.
This will ask you to confirm are you sure you want to transfer your ticket outside of WAX, Click Confirm.
This will bring up your communication channels. Choose your preferred method (e.g., email, WhatsApp) to send the ticket, and click Send.
That’s it! Your ticket is now successfully transferred to its new owner.
